Companion Case for Case #2
2 year old female with microcephaly and developmental delay referred to MRI for evaluation of valvular pulmonary stenosis and dilatation of the MPA and Aorta.
Presumed pulmonary valve blood cyst on MRI. On MRI the mass is hypointense on SSFP, isointense on T1 and doesn’t suppress with Fat Sat, and hyperintense on T2. It is not perfused on first pass perfusion imaging, and the rim shows enhancement similar to valve tissue on LGE imaging.
Echo shows cyst attached to pulmonary valve tissue. The tumor was first noticed on the MR and in retrospect had been present on the echo.

Amazing Night!
Thanks everyone for coming! We had a fantastic get together with a ridiculous turn-out: 29 colleagues! We broke more records than Tom Brady did a couple nights ago! (not really.)
Sincere thanks to Dr. Harold Litt for coming down to Florida to share some of his expertise with us. It was a real treat.
Thanks to our friends from GE for helping put this night together and for so graciously supporting us.
We received some really good feedback from the survey that was sent out a few weeks ago to the group. We will communicate some changes as soon as we get a plan in place as we continue to grow and evolve.
