Practices sports regularly, experienced scuba-diver
Admitted at referring hospital 12 hours after diving at depth of 100 feet.
Symptoms: Fatigue, dyspnea, cough, fever.
Physical exam: Fever (39.5 C), Bilateral rales, 2+ bilateral lower extremity edema.
Blood work: WBC 17.5 K/uL
